It is hard to whittle this book down because everything in Exodus carries so much significance through the rest of Scripture. But we’ll give it a go. There will be lots of bonus materials this week.

DAY 2: PASSOVER
Moses & Pharaoh duke it out in a massive God vs. Evil standoff. Check out the short video for a recap of the 10 Plagues, then read a bit more about the last plague, Passover, that is a prelude to Jesus.
DAY 3: TROUBLE
After Israel is freed from captivity, evil pursues them causing panic and uncertainty. It is hard to be still when there seems to be no way out. But God is faithful to provide a way through.
DAY 4: HERE COMES THE LAW
Everyone is familiar with the 10 Commandments. Refresh yourself on them this morning, and be reminded that despite our failures, God still provides us with grace.

DAY 5: THE PRESENCE OF GOD
Let’s be honest, we’re terrible at following God’s laws. We do not love people the way we ought to love them; the way that God loves us. This is sin. God cannot be in the presence of sin, but because of His lovingkindness and mercy, He makes a way for us to stand in His presence.
